aiADR Arbitrator is a proprietary, artificially intelligent arbitrator developed by ADR Chambers with input from some of Canada's leading arbitrators. Parties involved in a legal dispute can employ aiADR Arbitrator to conduct an arbitration in writing and obtain a well-reasoned, binding decision for a fraction of the cost and time of traditional arbitration or litigation.
aiADR Arbitrator analyzes the record and drafts a reasoned Award. An ADR Chambers Arbitrator reviews the Award to ensure that it is an appropriate arbitral Award.
✓ Highly trained: aiADR Arbitrator is trained in the law, and has knowledge of case law, statutes, and legal texts.
✓ Simple, expedited arbitration rules: aiADR's Arbitration Rules set out the procedure and timetable. The parties can choose between two sets of rules: the simplified rules and the full rules.
Parties submit their facts, evidence and legal arguments in writing. An artificially intelligent arbitrator reviews the materials, considers the arguments made by each party, makes findings of fact and law, and renders a reasoned arbitration award. A human arbitrator reviews the decision before it is released. The aiADR Arbitration Rules set out the procedure and deadlines. The process is quick, cost-effective, and confidential.
Claimant completes an intake form to begin the arbitration process.
