aiADR Arbitrator makes finds of fact and law, and applies the legal analysis that lawyers expect from an arbitrator. Every Award is then reviewed and finalized by an ADR Chambers Arbitrator who reviews the Award to ensure that it is an appropriate arbitral Award.
Each step in the arbitration process is prescribed in the aiADR Rules. The parties can select from two sets of rules; simplified and full.
Every decision that the aiADR Arbitrator makes is based on the materials provided by the parties. The aiADR arbitrator considers the evidence and legal arguments put forward by the parties.
All submitted material is processed within a secure, self-contained environment. The material is never exposed externally and never used to train third-party models.
